Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges are a delicious side dish! They're easy to make and are ready in less than 30 minutes!
Sweet potatoes may just be one of my favorite vegetables because they are inexpensive, have a long shelf life, and are super healthy!
When I'm not cooking them in the air fryer, I'm likely making Grilled Sweet Potatoes in Foil during the summer months or Vegetarian Taco-Stuffed Sweet Potatoes for dinner.

Helpful Hints
Dry Thoroughly - After washing the potatoes, pat them with a paper towel to remove any water. (No one likes a soggy sweet potato.)
Cut them into Same-Sized Wedges - This will ensure that they all cook evenly.
Don't Overcrowd - Be sure that the potato wedges are spread apart and not touching when in the air fryer basket.
