Ingredients

  • 2 Sweet Potatoes medium
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Set the air fryer to cook at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • While the air fryer is preheating, wash and scrub the sweet potatoes. Pat them well with a paper towel.
  • Cut them in half lengthwise and place cut side down. Slice each half into 3-4 wedges.
  • Place the potato wedges in a large mixing bowl and toss them with the olive oil.
  • Sprinkle on the spices.
  • Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  • Serve, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Cut the potatoes into the same-sized wedges so that they will cook evenly.
  • Feel free to mix up the seasonings! The following would all be great:
    • Cayenne Pepper
    • Chili Powder
    • Cilantro
    • Cinnamon
    • Crushed Red Pepper
    • Cumin
    • Italian Seasoning
    • Thyme
    • Rosemary
  • Be sure that the potato wedges are spread apart and not overcrowded in the air fryer basket.
  • Depending on the size of your air fryer basket, you may need to make 2 batches.
  • You could also cook in the oven on a baking sheet at 425 degrees for 25 minutes, flipping them halfway through.

Store: Place any leftover potato wedges in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Freeze: Place potato wedges on a sheet pan and place into the freezer. Once frozen, transfer them into a freezer bag or freezer-safe, airtight container and store for up to 3 months.
Thaw: Be sure to thaw them in the refrigerator overnight prior to reheating.
Reheat: Heat them in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
Enjoy!
