Set the air fryer to cook at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
While the air fryer is preheating, wash and scrub the sweet potatoes. Pat them well with a paper towel.
Cut them in half lengthwise and place cut side down. Slice each half into 3-4 wedges.
Place the potato wedges in a large mixing bowl and toss them with the olive oil.
Sprinkle on the spices.
Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
Serve, and enjoy!
Notes
Cut the potatoes into the same-sized wedges so that they will cook evenly.
Feel free to mix up the seasonings! The following would all be great:
Cayenne Pepper
Chili Powder
Cilantro
Cinnamon
Crushed Red Pepper
Cumin
Italian Seasoning
Thyme
Rosemary
Be sure that the potato wedges are spread apart and not overcrowded in the air fryer basket.
Depending on the size of your air fryer basket, you may need to make 2 batches.
You could also cook in the oven on a baking sheet at 425 degrees for 25 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
Store: Place any leftover potato wedges in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.Freeze: Place potato wedges on a sheet pan and place into the freezer. Once frozen, transfer them into a freezer bag or freezer-safe, airtight container and store for up to 3 months.Thaw: Be sure to thaw them in the refrigerator overnight prior to reheating.Reheat: Heat them in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.Enjoy!
