This quick & easy Instant Pot Broccoli is healthy, delicious, and ready in just 10 minutes!

Broccoli is a nutritional powerhouse packed full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber, and cancer-fighting compounds. Studies show that it may also help slow cognitive decline and aging. I'm always sure to add it to my grocery list every week, and so should you! 😀
Steaming broccoli helps retain its nutrients, and cooking it in a Instant Pot couldn't be easier!
How to steam broccoli in the Instant Pot
First, cut the broccoli into 1-2 inch florets.

Next, add 1 cup of water and a steamer basket into your Instant Pot. Don't have a steamer basket? No worries! You can make this recipe without one, and it comes out just as delicious. Place the broccoli into the steamer basket or right onto the water.

Lock the lid into place, seal the vent, and set to pressure cook on high for 0 minutes. Yes you read that right, ZERO MINUTES! The broccoli actually cooks as the Instant Pot is pressurizing. This should take about 5 minutes depending on which size pressure cooker you are using. Once completed, quick release the pressure. When the float valve drops, carefully remove the lid.

Just look at that vibrant green color, and its perfectly cooked every time! The broccoli turns out tender, but firm. If you prefer a softer texture, set the Instant Pot to cook for 1-2 minutes.
I like to drizzle broccoli with my Mediterranean Dressing, but you could also season it with a little olive oil, lemon juice, and salt & pepper. Heck, its also quite tasty as is!
Recipes that would pair nicely with Instant Pot Broccoli:
