If you haven't been to Trader Joe's lately, you may want to make the trip after reading this blog post! This is my favorite time of year to shop there with so many awesome seasonal items. I mean seriously, they have like pumpkin everything! Today I brought home over 25 products from my Trader Joe's Fall Haul, and I'm super excited to share them with you! 😀
Trader Joe's Fall Breakfast Items
You see? I wasn't kidding when I said they have pumpkin everything! I picked up a box of Pumpkin O's Cereal, which I'll add some fresh fruit and oat milk for a tasty breakfast. Pumpkin bagels, pumpkin waffles, and pecan pumpkin oatmeal - oh my, how will I decide which one to eat first? The apple cider spread sounds super yummy too, and I can't wait to give it a try.
Pumpkin or Butternut Squash Ravioli, anyone?
Trader Joe's ravioli is the best, and the butternut squash and pumpkin filled ones are just heavenly. I like to serve them with a sage butter sauce, which is so rich and delectable - perfect for a date night in!
My Favorite Trader Joe's Vegetables
Don't forget your vegetables, my friends! They are sooo good for you. The rainbow cauliflower and rainbow carrots are so pretty and fun to serve. Shredded Brussels sprouts can be added to soups, stews or oven-roasted until nice and crisp. The cruciferous crunch blend includes kale, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, and cabbage. Add some chopped apples and walnuts and you've got yourself one delicious salad!
Autumn Harvest Pasta Sauce and Soup
The autumn harvest pasta sauce is made with tomato, pumpkin, and butternut squash. It's so comforting at this time of year and can be used in many ways. It would be great mixed with some farro and roasted vegetables, or used to make a vegetable lasagna. The autumn harvest soup is also made with tomato, pumpkin, and butternut squash and perfect to warm up to on a cool, fall day.
Are you falling in love with these products?
How cute are the leaf-shaped tortilla chips? I picked up two different salsas to dip them in. The fall harvest salsa is made with pumpkin, tomatoes, apple, and butternut squash. The pepita salsa contains a mix of tomatoes, chopped pepitas, and spices. They both sound amazing and any leftovers could be used for topping burritos, tacos, eggs, or burgers.
Trader Joe's Fall Snacks
For snacks, I picked up a box of fig & olive crisps and a box of raisin & rosemary crisps (a favorite of mine for years). The dry roasted maple almonds are aMAZing. I love snacks that offer a mix of sweet and savory flavor. Can't wait to try the pumpkin tortilla chips, which are made with pumpkin puree, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
More Trader Joe's Goodies
Frozen meals are always great to have on hand when you don't have time to cook. The butternut squash macaroni & cheese sounds delicious and is made with a blend of gouda, cheddar, and provolone cheese. The ginger cookies thins are a family favorite, and I even used them in my Mini Lemon Cheesecakes with Blueberry Topping. The pumpkin spiced pumpkin seeds and pumpkin spice batons are also delightful!
Pumpkin, pumpkin, and more pumpkin
A pumpkin body butter made its way into my shopping cart as well, because you can never have too much pumpkin. 😉 And what better way to settle down at the end of the day, then with a hot mug of pumpkin spice herbal tea. Ahh...
Don't leave without a cinnamon scented broom
I pick myself up a cinnamon scented broom every year! They make a cute decoration and fill your house with the wonderful scent of fall.
Okay, are you ready to hop on that broom and fly on down to your nearest Trader Joe's? Ha,ha... Witch product is your favorite at this time of year? <pun intended> Let me know in the comments below!
