CHOOSE a BREAD: whole grain with at least 2 grams of fiber per slice.
CHOOSE a SPREAD: almond butter, cashew butter, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, egg salad, hummus, peanut butter, Nutella, refried beans, ricotta cheese, tahini.
FRUIT TOPPINGS: apple slices, banana slices, blueberries, blackberries (whole or mashed), fig slices, peach slices, pear slices, pomegranate slices, raspberries, strawberry slices.
VEGETABLE TOPPINGS: avocado (mashed), baby spinach, bell pepper (diced), cucumber slices, micro greens, olive tapenade, radish slices, roasted red peppers, scallion slices, tomato slices.
NUTS & SEEDS: almond slices, chia seeds, coconut (shredded), pistachios, flax seeds, hemp seeds, pepitas, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, walnuts
