  • 1 slice Whole Grain Bread toasted
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Ricotta Cheese
  • 6 Blackberries mashed
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Black Pepper to taste

Hummus Toast with Cucumber and Radish

  • 1 slice Whole Grain Bread toasted
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Hummus
  • 9 slices Cucumber and Radish

Avocado Toast with Everything Bagel Seasoning

  • 1 slice Whole Grain Bread toasted
  • ½ Avocado mashed
  • ¼ teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning

Lemon Greek Yogurt Toast with Blueberries

  • 1 slice Whole Grain Bread toasted
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt lemon-flavored
  • small handful Blueberries

Goat Cheese Toast with Raspberries and Pistachios

  • 1 slice Whole Grain Bread toasted
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Goat Cheese
  • small handful Raspberries and Pistachios

Peanut Butter Toast with Bananas and Chia Seeds

  • 1 slice Whole Grain Bread toasted
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter natural
  • 9 slices Banana
  • ¼ teaspoon Chia Seeds

  • Toast your bread.
  • Add toppings.

  • CHOOSE a BREAD: whole grain with at least 2 grams of fiber per slice.
  • CHOOSE a SPREAD: almond butter, cashew butter, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, egg salad, hummus, peanut butter, Nutella, refried beans, ricotta cheese, tahini.
  • FRUIT TOPPINGS: apple slices, banana slices, blueberries, blackberries (whole or mashed), fig slices, peach slices, pear slices, pomegranate slices, raspberries, strawberry slices.
