- 1 slice Whole Grain Bread toasted
- 2-3 Tablespoons Ricotta Cheese
- 6 Blackberries mashed
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil Leaves
- Black Pepper to taste
Hummus Toast with Cucumber and Radish
- 1 slice Whole Grain Bread toasted
- 2-3 Tablespoons Hummus
- 9 slices Cucumber and Radish
Avocado Toast with Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1 slice Whole Grain Bread toasted
- ½ Avocado mashed
- ¼ teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning
Lemon Greek Yogurt Toast with Blueberries
- 1 slice Whole Grain Bread toasted
- 2-3 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt lemon-flavored
- small handful Blueberries
Goat Cheese Toast with Raspberries and Pistachios

- 2-3 Tablespoons Goat Cheese

Peanut Butter Toast with Bananas and Chia Seeds
- 1 slice Whole Grain Bread toasted
- 2-3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter natural
- 9 slices Banana
- ¼ teaspoon Chia Seeds
Toast your bread.
Add toppings.
- CHOOSE a BREAD: whole grain with at least 2 grams of fiber per slice.
- CHOOSE a SPREAD: almond butter, cashew butter, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, egg salad, hummus, peanut butter, Nutella, refried beans, ricotta cheese, tahini.
- FRUIT TOPPINGS: apple slices, banana slices, blueberries, blackberries (whole or mashed), fig slices, peach slices, pear slices, pomegranate slices, raspberries, strawberry slices.
- VEGETABLE TOPPINGS: avocado (mashed), baby spinach, bell pepper (diced), cucumber slices, micro greens, olive tapenade, radish slices, roasted red peppers, scallion slices, tomato slices.
