Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Bites

- 2 medium Bananas ripe
- 1 cup Oats quick
- ¼ cup Chocolate Chips mini
- 2 Tablespoons Oat Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Walnuts chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Flaxseed, Hemp Hearts, and/or Chia Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
Add the oats, chocolate chips, oat milk, walnuts, flaxseed, hemp hearts and/or chia seeds, maple syrup, and cinnamon to form a moist mixture.
Drop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pat them down by hand and form into circular cookie shapes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let them cool slightly before eating.
