- 1 Pineapple fresh
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- pinch Cayenne Pepper optional
Fire up that grill! Set on medium heat, around 350-400 degrees.
Peel and cut your pineapple into 1/2 inch slices.
Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, cinnamon, and cayenne powder together in a small bowl.
With a basting brush, coat both sides of the pineapple slices. (I like to place the pineapple into a 9x13 baking dish and pour any of the remaining oil and vinegar mixture right on top of the fruit.) Let sit for 10 minutes.
Place pineapple on the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side or until grill marks appear.
- You could also cut your pineapple into one inch chunks and cook them on a skewer if you prefer.
- Enjoy!
