Notes

Feel free to substitute your favorite fruits!
  • RED: strawberries, raspberries, watermelon
  • ORANGE: oranges, clementines, peaches, nectarines, cantaloupe, papaya
  • YELLOW: pineapple, mango
  • GREEN: kiwi, honeydew, green grapes
  • BLUE: blueberries
  • PURPLE: grapes

Kids love this dish, but please be sure to cut the fruit into small pieces for children under the age of 4 to prevent choking.
I used a circular platter, however a rectangular one would work just as well!
If you do not have pumpkin pie spice on hand, you can substitute 2 teaspoon cinnamon, ½ teaspoon nutmeg, and ½ teaspoon ginger.
Enjoy!
